11-10-2012: Photos fully restored

Aloha from Fort Myers, Florida!  I've been extremely busy with working seemingly never ending flights across the continental United States.  Because of that, hiking and Breezy flights are on hold as the holiday rush nears.  I have numerous video projects in the works including a KST hike, Breezy flights to Lana`i and Maui, and the 2012 Kane`ohe air show in which I would feature a stunt pilot who lands his Aeronca Champ on "the world's shortest airport", a "runway" mounted on top of a moving pick up truck!  These projects seem to pile on top of each other as I continue to do more journeys.  With me being off island for a while, I'm hoping to eventually catch up.

I have some good news though!  All the photos have been fully restored.  I'm hoping that now all my photos are now on the blogger/blogspot servers, they will never go offline again.

I also have purchased the GoPro Hero HD 3: Black Edition, the latest generation camera the company has rolled out in November.  It features "cinema quality" at 4k or 4000p at 15fps.  I probably won't be using this feature because I currently don't have a video editing software that can produce final videos at that quality.  Also the 15fps is rather not appealing to me.  However, the 1080p mode finally achieves 60fps and I am super excited about that.  I still have yet to make a trek with this camera and am looking forward to it in the near future!

I hope everyone has a great start to their holiday season and I'll see you on the mountains again soon!

In the mean time, I leave you with this:
